SELLEST OSAST
The Inner Healing Hub
We live in a time where we probably know more about health and healing than any generation before us. There is more access to spiritual wisdom, courses, tools and self-help teachers …. YET - So many of us find ourselves on the bathroom floor so to say. This can and is taking many forms : Broke, broken, burned-out, sick, mentally stressed, anxious, depressed, suicidal even or even a number of "crises" together. Others of us are finding that we do not have particularly pressing external situations, but we are feeling more out of kilter than ever. We might be finding ourselves in a space where we have done a lifetime of spiritual work, many years of self-healing and yet we feel more anxious, burned out, confused, disconnected, lost and Soul Weary than ever. We are doing what we think are all the "right things" but still struggling, or we just can't get ourselves to stay on track with the "right things". We know there is more but just can't access it or it feels out of reach. If any of this resonates or has hit a cord … Firstly - You are not alone !! Secondly - What if this is your biggest opportunity? The way we hold our suffering, move through our hard, can become a doorway to our true Divine nature. "Suffering is a lesson exquisitely designed to help us learn", to quote IFS psychologist Robert Falconer. Healing is unlocked from within and the higher self will restore everything as we are built on Sacred Geometry. The thing is this though - there is no way out but through, and bringing the light FROM it will depend on how we interpret our experience, move through it and what we do with it. This is where it can get tricky and sticky as the contents of our unconscious unfurl, also healing requires us to look at things differently and it is something we need to do alone but also can't do alone. Connection, support and a safe space to authentically express ourselves, be guided and held is invaluable, so is wisdom knowledge and insight from those ahead on the journey. In fact we would say essential ! This is why we have been guided to and spent much time creating a community and connection space called The Inner Healing Hub. Our vision is to build a community of people committed to healing, a safe space to connect and be authentically heard, also to be held and guided by each other or someone ahead on the journey. We would love you to join us on 18 March 2026 to learn more. Come as you are ………. Bring a friend. We would be so honoured to have you there and to share our vision and what the Hub is all about. There is no cost. Feel into it. You will know if you are being called to join us.
