SELLEST OSAST
Over time our ego builds an alternate version of self that is equipped to deal with the rigors and toils of struggle, trauma, and adversity. Although necessary, this "alter ego" can also become detrimental down the road. You see, when this version of self is in control, it can become very comfortable in the darkness.
We know that when one's sight has become accustomed to the dark, any light will disturb their eyes. If our light is never allowed to shine, our growth is stunted! Therefore our ability to conquer it and not allow it to take over is essential for our personal evolution. That battle between you and you must happen and only one version can come out victorious.
This week we welcome Prince Daniels Jr. to the show to discuss his one on one battle with self and how the darkside almost won. Tune in as we dive deep into his journey from suicidal NFL scratch to author, professional developer, and life coach for many entertainers, athletes and professionals! Strap in, enjoy, and evolve!
