SELLEST OSAST
Sharing from Chamonix, as I take my almost 90-year-old Mum back to her hometown in Switzerland…
I find myself deeply present to completion.
Not just one…
but three distinct energies of completion
moving through my life.
And with completion…
comes space.
A quiet, often unfamiliar spaciousness
that can feel both tender and expansive.
Because when something truly completes…
something else begins.
In this episode, I invite you into this space with me.
To reflect on what may be completing in your world.
To honour it.
To allow it.
- The energy of completion — and how it shows up in our lives
- Letting go of identities that have quietly defined us (like “the survivor”)
- Moving into a place of deep self-love and acceptance
- The moment of remembering — “and then she remembered the magic”
- The role of awareness in seeing beyond blame into true cause
- How self-abandonment reveals itself — and how the body responds
- Reclaiming self-worth, trust, and personal power
- Standing in authenticity — without masks, without scripts
- The precipice of a new evolution
- The spaciousness that allows new beginnings to emerge
This episode is also a continuation…
Of a deeper conversation around identity, remembrance, and truth.
A reflection of the Notes to Self practice —
the space where I meet myself honestly,
and allow what is ready to be seen… to be seen.
Because sometimes…
Completion is not loud.
It is subtle.
Quiet.
Deep.
But when you allow it fully…
it creates the space
for something entirely new to arrive.
If you are experiencing completion in your own life…
Let this episode guide you.
And then…
allow the spaciousness that follows
to reveal your next beginning.
