SELLEST OSAST
Are you shrinking your voice, your vision, or your leadership to stay comfortable? In this episode, Monique Renée shares a powerful leadership reset for women ready to stop playing small and boldly declare who they are becoming. You’ll learn how to create a personal leadership declaration that builds confidence, alignment, and clarity for the year ahead.
Inspired by a recent women’s summit and her own annual astrology “harvest” reflection, Monique explores why women leaders must move beyond competition and into collaboration — and why a clear declaration is the anchor that keeps you steady when doubt, comparison, or burnout creep in. If you’re a woman in business, executive leadership, or building something meaningful — this episode will help you reconnect to your voice, your mission, and your power.
This episode includes:
• A powerful LOUD leadership declaration (Loving, Open, Unapologetic, Deserving) - credited to Adrianna Foster
• A guided heart-centered anchoring exercise to activate clarity and confidence
• A practical framework to craft your own leadership declaration
• A conversation about why women leaders need alignment, not more pressure
• A reframe from competition to collaboration in modern leadership
In This Episode, You’ll Reflect On:
- Where you may be shrinking your leadership
- What truth you’re ready to say out loud
- How to align love, power, and strategy
- What it means to truly feel deserving of abundance and impact
