SELLEST OSAST
Hello, beautiful humans! 🌿✨ Join me, Rayvin Rey, in a soulful 'Mindful Moment' on 'The Self-Love Sanctuary.' Inspired by the quote "Only Speak when it improves the silence," we're diving deep into self-reflection.
I'll kick things off by sharing my resistance to these words, as I initially grappled with not wanting anyone to be silenced. But as I delved into my journal, I reconnected with the essence of why this quote mattered to me.
In this 10-minute meditation, we're focusing on worthiness within yourself. Ever catch yourself gossiping or speaking to prove your worthiness to others? Let's redirect that energy. We'll explore gratitude for everything that makes you uniquely you, without any need to fix or change. Right now, in this moment, you are worthy and perfect exactly as you are.
Subscribe now for more soul-nurturing 'Mindful Moments,' allowing you to show up whole and validated within yourself. Because, my friend, your worthiness deserves to echo through every part of your soul. 💖🧘♀️ #MindfulMoment #SelfLoveSanctuary #WorthyFromWithin
