SELLEST OSAST
What if mental illness is more common... and more treatable... than we think?
In this episode of Serving Your Purpose, Ron sits down with renowned psychiatrist Dr. Paul Keck, former CEO of the Lindner Center of Hope, to explore the reality of mental health today.
Dr. Keck has spent decades studying mood disorders, bipolar disorder, and the biology of the brain. But what stands out most is not just his expertise—it's his compassion.
Together, they discuss:
- Why mental illness affects 1 in 4 people
- The hidden cost of stigma and poor access to care
- How social media, COVID, and culture are impacting young people
- Why getting help is the most important step
- The difference between feeling off vs. needing support
- What it means to live with purpose, meaning, and hope
This conversation is both deeply personal and highly practical. If you or someone you love is struggling, this episode could be a turning point.
