SELLEST OSAST
What do you do when God has made you a promise, but everything around you says it will never happen?
HERE COMES THE RAIN! And this time, God is calling you to speak His promises before you ever see their fulfillment!
In this powerful third installment of the Here Comes the Rain series, Pastor Samuel Rodriguez delivers a faith-stirring message from 1 Kings 18, where the prophet Elijah declares the sound of abundant rain—even when there isn't a single cloud in the sky.
You don't have to see it to say it. You have to believe what God has promised!
Discover why your circumstances don't get the final word, why your enemies don't get to determine your future, and why what comes out of your mouth matters when you're standing on the promises of God.
Pastor Sam challenges believers to stop talking ABOUT their problems and start speaking INTO their problems with the authority of God's Word. Just as Elijah boldly announced the coming rain to King Ahab, you can confront every lie, every obstacle, and every voice of opposition with what God has already declared over your life.
The promise is only as good as the One who made it—and the God who made your promise is faithful to fulfill it!
Whether you're believing for healing, restoration, deliverance, provision, or breakthrough, this message will challenge you to move beyond what you see and declare what you believe.
It's time to stop giving your problems the microphone and start giving God's promises a voice!

-
Hear It Before You Say It! Elijah heard the sound of abundant rain before anyone could see evidence of a storm. Faith begins with hearing God's Word, not the noise of your circumstances.
-
Say It Before You See It! You don't need visible evidence to declare God's promises. When God has spoken, faith responds before circumstances change.
-
Tell Your Enemies What God Is About to Do Next! Elijah boldly announced the coming rain to Ahab, his enemy. Don't allow fear, opposition, or spiritual warfare to silence what God has placed in your spirit.
-
Stop Talking About Your Problems and Start Speaking Into Them! There is a difference between repeatedly describing your struggles and confronting them with the truth of God's Word.

What Comes Out of Your Mouth Matters! Scripture declares, "I believed, and therefore I spoke." Faith-filled declarations should align with what God has already revealed through His Word.
-
Put Every Lie Behind You! When Peter spoke against God's purpose, Jesus immediately rejected those words. Refuse to allow fear, doubt, or even the voices of people you love to lead you away from God's will.
-
Your Circumstances Don't Get the Final Word! Depression doesn't get the final word over your joy. Anxiety doesn't get the final word over your peace. Opposition doesn't get the final word over God's purpose for your life.
-
God's Promises Are Greater Than Your Opposition! No matter what has risen against you, stand confidently in the finished work of Christ and declare what God has promised.
“Say it before you see it!”
Elijah didn't wait for clouds to appear before announcing the rain. He believed what God had revealed, and he opened his mouth to declare it.
Your faith cannot be limited to what your eyes can see or what your circumstances suggest.
Stop talking about what the enemy has done, and start declaring what God is about to do!
Joy is coming. Peace is coming. Restoration is coming. Deliverance is coming. Breakthrough is coming!
The enemy does not have the authority to write the final chapter of your story.
God has the final word, and He is faithful to His promises!
