Additionally, Stephanie is a yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra. About Dra. Kimberly Rodriguez:
Dr. Kim Rodriguez, DC, is a rooted Guatemalan American—“rooted” because she honors where she comes from and lets it fuel everything she does. She’s a chiropractor, runner, hiker, and outdoor lover. Whether she’s on the trail or in the clinic, her mission is the same: to support, celebrate, and empower all bodies.
She’s on a mission to show that Latina women—and women in curvy, fat, unapologetic bodies—belong on the trails and in trail races. She’s working toward completing 100 trail races and building community through #LatinasKeepSteppin, creating space for women, especially Latinas, to move freely at every pace on all trails—in Virginia, Atlanta, and beyond.
