SELLEST OSAST
In this episode, guitarist Todd Pattison and I discuss our relationship to the land, music and how to create harmony through our musical frequencies. We discuss how musical frequencies impact our emotions and relationships and how they can be used to bring people and environments back into harmony, a language of universal love.
Todd shares a little of his background growing up among the Zuni and Navajo people on their native lands in Arizona at Window Rock, the seed of the modern-day Navajo Nation. As we explore these topics with the energy field that we create with the listeners, Todd and I collaborate in creating musical harmony with improvisational guitar and vocals.
Through the discussion that arises, we end with the important reminder to check in and retune yourself. Between swells of emotions, personal stress and the happenings of life, stop to consider your intention to tune your frequencies so that you can live in harmony within your inner and outer landscapes.
