SELLEST OSAST
Peace & Welcome to Rerootd Radio
A weekly multi-sensory broadcast — featuring a visual affirmation collage, a podcast, and a curated playlist — generated to nourish your inner child, reconnect you to your why, and invite play into your creative practice.
From where I am, to wherever you are in this moment — thank you for your presence.
This week we explore the intersections of art and wellness in practice. I share case studies of artists in my own community who embody both creativity and healing practice. Together we reflect on the artistic renaissance we’re living through — where the artist remembers their role of bringing wellness to the community.

🍃 Symbol of the Week: AKOMA NTOSO
Sankofa is a symbol that means "linked hearts."
The physical symbol depicts four hearts linked together, emphasizing mutual sympathy and immortality of the soul. Metaphorically, akoma ntoso embodies understanding and agreement, as well as harmony within communities.
