SELLEST OSAST
In this episode of Quintessential Being I talk to award winning independent birth educator + founder of Embodied Birth, Maha Al Musa. This powerhouse of a woman is a global birth leader + educator, teaching women all over the world to come back to what they already innately know... that giving birth is meant to be a sacred, instinctual and an embodied experience.
In this episode you'll hear about:
- the startling life event at age two that forever changed Maha's life trajectory
- why Maha believes that birth gives us an opportunity to alchemize the story of our maternal lineage
- the innate power of the wise woman and how sharing her learnings lifts all of humanity
- how healing her deep trauma transformed Maha's infertility issues
- why it's important if you've experienced birth trauma to give yourself space, time and patience, to deeply excavate what has happened
- what having a heart connection with another woman does so we can draw strength from one another
and so much more!!
This is truly, a deeply nourishing + healing conversation about the power of our wombs + wisdom as women.
