In 1928, a woman known in accounts as Anna Ecklund arrived at a convent in the tiny town of Earling, Iowa, seeking help for something that had allegedly tormented her for years.
What followed was an exorcism said to have lasted for months!
Witnesses claimed Anna could understand languages she had never learned, reacted violently to religious objects, refused food, produced horrifying smells and displayed physical abilities that seemingly couldn't be explained.
And according to those present, Anna wasn't alone.
Multiple entities were allegedly identified during the exorcism, each with their own story and their own reason for tormenting her.
But as with every case we cover, we're not stopping at the scary bits.
