SELLEST OSAST
Welcome to my 10 top Tips—where life experience meets professional insight. I’m Lee Tomlin, a psychotherapeutic counsellor with over 16 years of experience, and I’ve been fortunate to live in Ibiza, Australia, and France, shaping my perspective on life, culture, and human nature. With a background in psychology, philosophy, sociology, child development, and art, I bring a broad and humanistic approach to therapy and personal growth.
Each episode, I’ll share 10 practical tips on different topics—whether it’s managing anxiety, improving relationships, or finding balance in a chaotic world. My goal is to offer insights that are both professional and deeply personal, helping you navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence, I do not suppose my self to be an expert in all areas but hope to bring some wisdom to some areas of life and bring a casual conversational style.
I hope you enjoy the conversation!
episode 1; A personal growth mindset is the belief that our abilities, intelligence, and potential are not fixed but can evolve through effort, learning, and resilience. It encourages curiosity, self-reflection, and a willingness to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth. By adopting this mindset, we become more adaptable, open to feedback, and better equipped to navigate life's ups and downs. Whether in personal development, relationships, or career aspirations, a growth mindset fosters continuous learning and a deeper sense of fulfillment.
