SELLEST OSAST
Washington quarterback Demond Williams wants into the transfer portal — and LSU wants him — but Washington is attempting to block his exit. So what happens next?
In this episode, we break down the latest in the Demond Williams standoff, including why Williams is still expected to take a visit to LSU despite Washington’s resistance, how Miami has emerged as a serious contender, and what LSU’s backup plan looks like if Williams ultimately doesn’t end up in Baton Rouge.
We also examine the Trinidad Chambliss eligibility saga, as his attorney has now filed a third waiver with the NCAA. The latest filing only reinforces why LSU chose not to go all-in on Chambliss and pivoted early rather than risk missing on a quarterback entirely.
Plus, details of the NIL offer LSU made to Brendan Sorsby have leaked. While the leak appeared intended to hurt LSU, it may have had the opposite effect — publicly proving the Tigers have the NIL resources they’ve been pitching to transfer targets.
Finally, we wrap with a breakdown of four new LSU transfer portal additions — all from the SEC — and what they reveal about how LSU is building its roster in this portal cycle.
