Lightbulb Moments:
- Strong foundations matter. Learning from mentors helps you develop deep knowledge that becomes the base for ideas, strategy, and entrepreneurial growth.
- Clean, up-to-date financials are critical. Weekly cash flow reports and dashboards give leaders real-time insight so they can act instead of react.
- Ideas, hires, and processes are only as effective as their connection to a financial plan. Aligning actions with projections drives sustainable growth.
- Thinking of your business as a product uncovers scalability. Identifying market gaps and adaptable solutions accelerates expansion across industries.
“I talk to CEOs all the time about our goal: to work ourselves out of a job. And the way we do that is to make sure that we give them a team.” - Rich Carroll
