SELLEST OSAST
What happens when you stop trying to do everything yourself and finally start running your business like a CEO?
In this episode of Life Changing Money, Barbara sits down with Hawaii-based real estate entrepreneur and coach Tina Marie Gamble to talk about her incredible journey from moving to Hawaii with two suitcases and barely enough money for groceries to building a thriving multi-million dollar real estate business.
We talk about the shift from being the person doing everything inside your business to becoming the CEO who leads it. Tina explains the framework she uses to determine what actually deserves her time, why delegation became even more important after becoming a mother, and how entrepreneurs can grow without ending up burned out and resentful of the business they created.
