SELLEST OSAST
In this episode of Let’s Connect, our host Olivia Ebeling sits down with Diego Calvo - founder of Concept Hotel Group and the visionary behind some of Ibiza’s most iconic boutique hotels. “How are you really doing?” sparks a heartfelt exchange about creativity, pressure, and staying grounded in a high-energy world. Diego shares the story behind his rebellious approach to hospitality, the roots of Rock Nights, and how he built a hotel brand that feels more like a cultural movement.
Of course, he also answers one of our Perfectly Imperfect question cards - and yes, it leads to a surprising confession you won’t expect. This is an episode about following your passion, celebrating imperfection, and creating spaces with soul.
No filters. No facades. Just connection.
Let’s Connect is a Soul Water podcast. Raw honesty. Unfiltered answers. In the ‘Perfectly Imperfect’ segment, our guests pull a question card and face something a little…uncomfortable, but very human. The questions are personal, playful, and sometimes provocative, just like Soul Water. Expect confessions, contradictions, guilty pleasures, emotional curveballs, and hilarious overshares, all in the name of being real, not perfect. At Let’s Connect, we believe the most authentic stories emerge from the mess, the magic, and the moments we don’t usually share on Instagram.
