SELLEST OSAST
On this episode of Knowing Me, Knowing You, Trent chats with Integrated Psychotherapist and author, Andrew Sloan, to discuss why we may feel stuck, why things feel f*cked and how we can become unstuck.
Andrew is the author of the book “Why Things Feel F*cked – Your Practical Guide to Getting Unstuck”, and his work as an integrated psychotherapist sees him combining the best parts of psychotherapy and coaching to help his clients reflect on how their past can show up in their present life, whilst also working with them to connect these experiences to a future that’s both purposeful and inspiring.
Together, Trent and Andrew start this two-part conversation by discussing what can inform us feeling stuck, including our many “systems of disconnection”, and how this informs our lives feeling f*cked.
Please keep in mind, the discussions, topics, and advice provided as part of this podcast are general in nature.
