SELLEST OSAST
In this episode of "Integration Redesigned," our host, Cait Porte, sits down with Fabricio, the Head of Education at Digibee, to discuss the exciting world of continuing education for Digibee - including Digibee's own learning Academy. Fabricio shares his passion for delivering useful content and a friendly learning experience for users, primarily focused on enabling developers first and foremost. His job consists of evaluating how to deliver useful content for our customers, how to deliver a conducive user-friendly experience, and how to grow our adoption and community.
With an emphasis on making the learning journey as smooth as possible, Fabricio explains how Digibee's approach is more "just in time" rather than "just in case," ensuring users have access to relevant resources exactly when they need them. The ultimate goal of the learning platform is not just to obtain certifications but to empower users to become self-sufficient in the Digibee platform.
Throughout the discussion, Cait and Fabricio explore the metrics used to measure the success of Digibee's educational efforts. Rather than solely counting completed courses as a measurement of effectiveness, Digibee places importance on user adoption, autonomous creation of new pipelines, and continuous engagement in Digibee. The team is proud of the positive impact on users' integration pipeline creation, which demonstrates the platform's effectiveness.
As a low-code platform with powerful capabilities, Digibee acknowledges the importance of providing excellent learning resources to help users overcome the learning curve and unleash the platform's full potential. Fabricio draws inspiration from leading edtech platforms like Pluralsight, Code Academy, DataCamp, and dataquest, which focus on interactivity and self-paced learning. Additionally, the team looks up to trailhead from Salesforce for its gamification features that make learning engaging and fun - all which inspire his build of Digibee's educational materials.
