In this Spotlight Session, we sit down with Dakota Routh, CEO of Agency Support For HighLevel, to talk about what it actually takes to grow a HighLevel agency past the founder. Dakota is both speaking and exhibiting at LevelUp 2026.
Dakota built an eight figure fitness chain before moving into the HighLevel ecosystem, where he became a three time SaaSPRENEUR Award winner and a LevelUp speaker. Today he runs a white label support company that handles the back end for HighLevel agencies so they can keep selling.
We dive into: 💥 Finding the problem worth solving before you build anything 💥 Building the sales, support and delivery system behind your agency 💥 Going from award winning SaaSPRENEUR to white label support operator 💥 Why LevelUp is where agency operators close the gaps in their business
Dakota also gets into the mistake he made launching his first HighLevel SaaS, and the one thing a brand new agency should focus on in month one.
