SELLEST OSAST
The emotional connection between a child + their parent, regardless of age, comes entangled with lots of feelings.
Whether it's the relationship you have with your kids,
or the one we have with our parents..
I guarantee there's some cobwebs we'd rather not look at.
Louise Diesel is a life coach specialising in relationship dynamics looking at healing childhood and generational trauma.
You might read these words and think "that's not me"...
But if you've ever been plagued with not feeling good enough in your relationships, Mum guilt, or looked at all the amazing things in your life confused why you're feeling so depressed...
This episode holds some answers.
Some of the points we cover:
- Validating our own feelings.
- Raising resilient children.
- Mum guilt and anger.
- Stopping generational patterns.
- The downside to positive thinking.
This episode brought tears to my eyes, twice.
I trust there's a few moving moments in here for you too.
