SELLEST OSAST
In this episode, Jennifay Joy (Talent Acquisition) sits down with a few members of the Gitwit tech team, Trevor Barrios (Venture Leadership), Brandon Shearrer (Software Engineer), and Austin Boardman (Product Strategist), to answer the most frequently asked questions from engineering candidates.
They cover what day-to-day life looks like for a studio engineer, how ventures go from concept to independent startup, what "AI native" really means in practice, the difference between studio and venture engineer roles, what it takes to thrive at Gitwit, and what happens when a venture doesn't make it.
Whether you're an engineering candidate curious about the hiring process, or just interested in how a venture studio operates, this episode offers an honest, behind-the-scenes look at the culture, challenges, and rewards of building startups from scratch.
