SELLEST OSAST
On this episode of From Solid Ground To Resilient, I'm trying to learn more about real estate investing in hopes of stepping my game up without falling into a dark hole of bad deals. With this being said, my guest for this episode is Brandon Rule. Brandon is an entrepreneur, real estate and business advisor, speaker and influencer, and commercial real estate developer. What I find most inspiring about him is that he seems to resonate with people of many demographics and backgrounds and makes real estate easily digestible for the newbie investor whether you have $500 to invest or $50,000. You can find him on social media @b_rule or over on his podcast The Rose That Grew which launches soon.
5 key things novice investors need to know:
1) Think about your end game and if you want to be a passive or active investor
2) Learn some investment lingo
3) Understand you can never predict the market or the ultimate success of a project
4) Know your investor rights and how to distinguish between a "good deal" and "bad deal"
5) There are now many avenues for accredited and unaccredited investors alike to "break into" real estate investments
