SELLEST OSAST
When establishing a franchise, especially a franchise focused around providing home care, licensure can be stressful. That's why Right at Home has a government affairs team to help guide new owners through the process. Doug Robertson is the Senior Director of Government Affairs and is responsible for monitoring and tracking individual state regulations and licensure requirements.
When a new franchisee starts their onboarding process with Right at Home, Doug provides them with all the information they need to be successful.
In a recent Tuesday Talk, he sat down with VP of Franchise Development Jen Chaney, to provide an overview for prospecitve owners.
Licensure can be confusing, especially when it's constantly changing, but Doug is here to help. The benefit of investing in a franchise system has never been clearer. We encouage owners to rely on the resources provided to them, and Doug and his team is one of these key resources.
