Honoring the Pause: Opening with a moment of silence to ground ourselves in breath, ancestral wisdom, and intentionality before diving into today's conversation.
Opening Prayer
We pause to honor the breath that sustains us and the silence that clears the way.
We step into this space rooted in ancient wisdom, shielded against distraction, and undisturbed in our purpose. As we open these pages and engage these ideas, grant us the clarity to discern signal from static. May the words we explore serve as tools for liberation, strengthening our minds, nourishing our bodies, and fortifying our community.
We give thanks for the privilege of focus, the wealth of knowledge, and the sanctuary of this circle.
Rooted. Shielded. Undisturbed.
Amen.
