SELLEST OSAST
Most entrepreneurs would say taking risks start at the beginning when you launch your company. Millennial CEO rising star, Ruthie Schulder from New York City, looks at taking risks, differently. In this podcast, Ruthie takes us down the road of what risk taking means to her as she builds and expands her experiential marketing firm. She is pioneering a new kind of agency, one that builds experiences in live moments with a huge digital focus. Ruthie talks about saying "no" to clients/partners who are no longer the right fit has been the riskiest move in order to catapult her business to the next level. Taking risks is challenging and scary but Ruthie's grounded approach shows the importance of leadership in guiding her company to the next level.
