SELLEST OSAST
Today we're speaking all about my Burnout to Balance journey.
For close to a decade, I was stuck in a cycle of chronic burnout, obsessed with accumulating achievements while disregarding my own needs. I was becoming sick, anxious and completely disconnected from life.
In this episode, I share how I learned to slow down, tune into my body and start honouring myself again. Slowly, I rebuilt a life that felt like mine again.
If you’re feeling exhausted on a soul level, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to stay stuck here.
Give yourself permission to stop hustling or chasing, and start living in a way that feels authentic for you. You can step into a way of living that feels lighter, freer, and more aligned with who you are at the core.
That journey starts now.
