SELLEST OSAST
In this episode of Everyday Excellence, host Todd Baldwin interviews Christina Gianfrancesco and Ari Hinrichs, co-owners of Hammerhead Window Cleaning.
They share the story of building a family-owned window cleaning and pressure washing business in Southwest Florida from the ground up, starting with industry experience but little local network or business infrastructure.
Christina and Ari discuss the realities of entrepreneurship, including finding customers, overcoming the challenges of seasonality, balancing residential and commercial work, and building a reliable network through local relationships and consistent outreach.
They also explain how they divide responsibilities within the business, with Christina leading marketing, organization, and systems while Ari focuses on finances, operations, and technical work.
The conversation explores their approach to growth, from expanding commercial routes and adding employees to using social media, email marketing, Google Business, customer reviews, and real project photography to strengthen their local presence.
They also share lessons on persistence, getting comfortable with rejection, continuing to take action even on difficult days, and turning specialized industry knowledge into a competitive advantage.
