SELLEST OSAST
In this episode, we are featuring our corporate partner Workiva and learning more about what the company is doing to advance Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
Workiva is the world’s leading cloud platform for transparent reporting and for the 4th time has made it to the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® in 2022. The Amsterdam office has recently joined our Returnship programme, opening up returnship roles to provide a soft landing transition back into the workforce to those who took a break from their corporate careers.
Our guest speakers for this episode are two Workiva employees: Ben Lopez (Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA) and Kamilah Jones (Manager of Sales Enablement)
Ben and Kamilah tell us what’s like for them to work at Workiva - providing some first-hand insights into the company culture. Kamilah is a working mum and she talks about all the different ways the organisation supports their working parents and carers in general. Ben tells us more about the current returnship opportunities and why Workiva is investing in this programme. Ben also presents other initiatives that Workiva runs in the area of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
If you are looking for the next step in your career, check out our upcoming Returnship kick-off event taking place on May 19th at the Workiva office in Amsterdam.
