SELLEST OSAST
In this episode of the Esoteric Alkhemy Podcast, I sit down once again with Griffin for a spontaneous and authentic conversation exploring the mechanics of Human Design, conditioning, nervous system regulation, and the ongoing experiment of becoming yourself.
Together, we unpack the challenges of living by splenic authority, the pressure of the not-self mind, emotional conditioning through the transits, and the illusion of control; especially during uncertain periods of life.
Griffin shares his recent journey through Thailand and Vietnam while working with the sensory design intensives at the Archive, blending nervous system work, biomechanics, and Human Design into a deeply embodied practice.
The conversation explores how conditioning shows up physically in the body, the relationship between pressure and authenticity, and why slowing down may be one of the deepest lessons for projectors.
We also dive into:
* Transits and the gate of control
* Undefined centers and emotional conditioning
* Human Design, Gene Keys, and Shadow Work
* The relationship between the energy body and physical body
* Deconditioning through awareness and embodiment
* Fear, self-consciousness, and authentic expression
* Somatic Practice, pressure work, and nervous system regulation
This episode is less of an interview and more of an open-ended exploration between two friends deeply immersed in the Human Design experiment.
