SELLEST OSAST
- From Hustle and Burnout to Listening to Her Inner Wisdom - Part 6 of Jane's Arc on EFT Breakthroughs -
Jane's had more good opportunities come her way since we last tapped. You'd think that would just feel good. Instead, it stirred up a fear that she doesn't actually know her message.
She does. She's known it for a while. But the fear didn't care about that.
We traced it back to an outdated rule she'd been living by without realizing it. “I have to heal myself first.” Sounds responsible, right? But it's really just a nice-sounding way to keep her stuck.
We tapped through it a few different ways this episode. Jane tried out speaking a few different messages out loud while tapping, just to show her subconscious it was safe to be heard.
That opened something up she wasn't expecting—the need to say goodbye to an old version of herself, including the grief that brought up.
Then we hit some hesitancy about showing up as this newer version of Jane. Turns out some of what she's bringing forward now wasn't exactly welcomed by people in her past. That took us to a memory from her divorce, which we cleared using a simplified version of a tapping technique where you turn the memory into a movie.
It's a lot for one session. So we closed with Jane leading herself, and you, through some breathing and visualization to get grounded again.
If good news has ever made you more anxious instead of less, or if you’re moving into a new version of yourself, you'll want to tap along with this one.
Listen here.
Let's tap!

P.S. Letting go of an old identity, even one that stopped serving you a long time ago, can bring up more grief than you'd expect. If you’d like some help with that, let’s talk: https://unblockresults.com/contact/

IN THIS EPISODE:
Q: Why Do I Hesitate To Show Up As My Authentic Self?
A: We can become conditioned to present ourselves as the person we need to be at the time to please (and sometimes, to feel safe around) parents, peers, bosses, and family. Subconscious rules of behavior that we believe are protecting us can prevent us from expressing ourselves and acting in new ways that are more fullfilling.
Q: Can Tapping Fix Every Subconscious Issue I Have?
A: Tapping has broad usefulness in helping us access and release our subconscious beliefs, but it can also be used alongside many other techniques for enhancing and improving ourselves, mentally and spiritually.
New to EFT? Here’s the short version.
EFT, often called Tapping, is a simple but powerful technique that uses gentle tapping on specific acupressure points to calm your nervous system and create rapid shifts in the brain. (Yes, the science backs this up: cortisol levels drop, the amygdala downregulates, and you feel safer.)
People around the world use EFT for everything from emotional healing and chronic pain to confidence, performance, and big goals.
Here on EFT Breakthroughs we use Tapping a little differently. We go after the rules, beliefs, and fears running in your subconscious—so taking action feels easier, cleaner, and faster.
