SELLEST OSAST
You were valuable...
long before anyone applauded you.
Long before you succeeded.
Long before someone told you who you should become.
The question isn't whether you're worthy.
It's whether you've been looking in the wrong place to remember it.

Quote from the Episode:
"My value is an intrinsic value that I determine. And if I use extrinsic systems to determine my value, well then I'm just hurting myself in the long run."
———————
DESCRIPTION:
How much of your identity has been shaped by systems that were never built with you in mind?
In this episode, Nicholas reflects on the difference between intrinsic worth and the external measures society often asks us to chase. Through Yoga, Ayurveda, and personal experience, he explores why authenticity sometimes feels like rebellion and why self-mastery begins by reclaiming your own definition of value.
Rather than asking us to reject society, this conversation invites us to participate in it without surrendering ourselves to it. Our gifts don't need permission to exist. They simply ask to be expressed honestly.
