SELLEST OSAST
Welcome back to the Dear EverMore podcast! We’re your hosts, Courtney Branson + Kelsey Peterson — cofounders of EverMore.
In today’s episode, we talk through our career experiences and how they’ve shaped our growth, identities, and why we’re building EverMore with you in mind, dear human.
Both of us strive to be fully authentic, expressive, and creative in everything we do. So, in the conversation, get ready to hear all about:
- why + how we need to bring more creativity to our work
- why we both love “Big Magic” (Elizabeth Gilbert) and how it brought us together years ago
- how a career is no longer a ladder — instead, we like to think of it as a jungle gym, teaching us more and more about ourselves
- how important it is for leaders (and everyone) to welcome the wacky ideas, otherwise, people won’t bring them to the table anymore
- and as always, so much more!
With EverMore, we’re building the tools we’ve always wanted to support (and own) our careers. Whether it’s working toward a promotion, seeking a new role, becoming a manager (or getting better as a leader), or needing help with hard conversations — we’re building for you!
If you’re looking for a personal AI coach that cares about you + where you’re heading, we’d love to get you into our upcoming beta launch before the rest of the world has access.
