SELLEST OSAST
What does it look like to dare to create something when your world has just fallen apart?
Paula Harwell lost her husband — her person, her soulmate of nearly 30 years — and in the months that followed she joined my Unleash Your Next accelerator and chose to move forward. She didn't wait to feel healed. She didn't wait to feel ready. She decided that action and healing aren't opposites.
And then Paula did something even more remarkable: she helped her son Cooper fulfill his dream of becoming a published author.
In this conversation, Paula and I talk about what it actually means to carry grief and joy at the same table, the limiting beliefs that nearly stopped the book, and what she would say to anyone who is waiting to feel better before they dare to begin.
