SELLEST OSAST
What can you do while waiting to meet your zivug? And how do you stay happy for others when they’re receiving the very thing you’re hoping for?
In this episode of Dialing Bnei Brak, Charlie Harary learns with Rabbi Moshe Levi about preparing for marriage through giving, honoring your parents, and developing an ayin tov: seeing others with generosity and wishing them well.
They explore:
Why preparing for marriage begins with the relationships you already have.
How comparison and jealousy affect the way you experience someone else’s simcha.
Why kibud av va’em is an essential part of learning to give.
The practice of blessing someone with double when they have something you want.
How to keep growing while trusting Hashem with your own timing.
A practical conversation about becoming a giver, making room for bracha, and finding joy while you wait.
