SELLEST OSAST
Human Design has changed my life and I am loving the adventure of living by my Strategy and Authority, seeing where it takes me and learning more about myself. In today's episode I go deeper into my experience with Human Design - especially my awareness of codependence. Through January I was feeling stifled and stuck energetically, and then Gate 19 revealed itself. Gate 19 is the Gate of Wanting or Sensitivity - the gift is being highly attuned to the needs of the tribe, the shadow is putting everybody else's needs above your own. This was quite a shock and I realized how much I had been doing out of obligation and expectation, creating a codependent loop.
It felt incredibly freeing to face that pattern and shift it. Thus I have a bit of a rant about my boundaries, tidying things up energetically, respecting my energy and being more selective about who gets access. If you love the podcast, leave a comment. If you want more, book a session. If you think the podcast is too long, you can keep that to yourself as I won't reply lol
I also speak about being a Generator, responding with my sacral authority, getting comfortable waiting if my sacral says No, deconditioning, having an undefined heart center (or will center) and embracing the energy of having nothing to prove, releasing the past, deleting my old podcast, moving forward into travels and more.
For those already connected with Human Design - I am a Generator, Sacral, Responding, 5/1 Profile
