SELLEST OSAST
Life can feel ridiculously chaotic, and motivation alone usually is not enough to carry you through it. If you have been trying to push through the hard stuff, this conversation will help you think differently about what it really means to lead through chaos.
In this episode of Conversations Worth Your While, I sit down with Nicholas Strand, founder of Choose Your Attitude LLC, for a meaningful conversation about chaos, resilience, purpose, and the kind of inner foundation that helps us keep moving when life feels heavy.
Together, Nick and I explore what it means to become more comfortable in the uncomfortable, how attitude and action work together, and why leading through chaos begins with knowing who you are.
This conversation is not about pretending hard things are easy. It is about recognizing that the strength you need may already be within you, even if you have not had to rely on it this way before. As I share in this episode, life’s huge difficulties don't necessarily make you stronger. (Sometimes, they reveal just how strong you already are.)
If you are someone moving through an uncertain season, a leader, entrepreneur, or high performer, this episode will help you pause, reflect, and consider your next right step.
GUEST BIO
Nicholas Strand is the founder of Choose Your Attitude LLC. After nearly 20 years leading production for artists including BLACKPINK, Sting, KISS, and Dave Matthews Band, Nick now helps overwhelmed founders, pressured leaders, and high performers turn chaos into forward motion.
His Attitude + Action = Impact framework was inspired by the words of his late wife, Brianna: “Choose your attitude, create your life.” Today, Nick uses that philosophy, along with everything he learned leading teams through high-pressure situations, to help others move forward with greater intention and create meaningful impact.
