SELLEST OSAST
do you ever look at somebody and feel a little push to go talk to them? let's call this little push a nudge. but then another voice chimes in telling you all the reasons not to follow this nudge. "they will think I'm weird." "what will i even talk to them about?" "they look busy right now." this voice chiming in is called anxiety, and most of the time i've listened to it. however, the times i have chosen to listen to that nudge are when many great friendships and opportunities have blossomed in my life. how can we connect deeper to ourselves to hear and listen to this nudge? how can we harness the courage to be proactive on our nudges? let's talk about it.
