SELLEST OSAST
Amber shares her powerful two-year Carnivore journey after years of mysterious health problems, sugar addiction, pain, migraines, bladder issues, and unsuccessful attempts to find answers.
She explains how discovering Carnivore changed her relationship with food, helped her overcome cravings, transformed her body, and gave her a completely different perspective on health and nutrition.
Amber also discusses her painful journey with leg and hip problems, and endometriosis, her recovery setbacks, gut issues, family challenges, and why she believes patience is essential when healing after decades of poor nutrition.
Her message is simple: give Carnivore a real chance, give your body time to heal, and remember why you started.
