Can pets visit us after death? Jewel Rozanski explores mystical experiences, spirit encounters, oneness, Lily Dale, and the mysterious connections that unite us all!
Have you ever experienced a moment when you felt completely connected to everything around you? Have you ever sensed the presence of a loved one who has died—or wondered whether the animals we love continue to visit us after they leave this world?
In this fascinating episode, I welcome Jewel Rozanski, an educator, cultural facilitator, and woman whose life has included extraordinary experiences of spirituality, connection, and the mysterious. With 14 years of experience teaching Spanish in public high schools, a master's degree in educational psychology, and a company devoted to facilitating meaningful encounters with other cultures, Jewel brings a unique perspective to the intersection of human connection, spirituality, and the unknown.
The Mystical Experience of Feeling Connected to Everything
In 2015, Jewel was leading a student tour in Peru when the community hosting her group invited everyone to participate in a winter solstice ceremony near Lake Titicaca.
As participants gathered around a fire, they took part in a ritual of letting go, symbolically releasing what no longer served them. Holding hands in a circle, they moved and danced together.
Then something extraordinary happened.
And, does this feel like a cliffhanger? Because it is! You'll have to listen to the episode!
Lily Dale, Spirituality, and the Mystery of Spirit Encounters!
Jewel's connection to Lily Dale adds another fascinating dimension to this conversation.
For anyone curious about Spiritualism, mediumship, spirit communication, and the possibility of life beyond death, Lily Dale has long been a place associated with exploring these questions.
During our conversation, we talk about experiences that challenge our conventional understanding of reality and invite us to stay curious about what we cannot fully explain.
I have recently spoken with several people who describe the ability to see or sense spirits, and I can't help wondering whether these recurring themes are drawing our attention to something important: perhaps there is much more to this universe than our everyday experience allows us to understand.
Are these experiences glimpses of another dimension of existence? How do we make sense of encounters that seem to reach beyond the physical world? And what might they teach us about the nature of consciousness and connection?
This episode makes room for those questions without pretending that every mystery has an easy answer.
Do Our Pets Visit Us After Death? The Powerful Bond Between Animals and Humans-
Jewel shares her own experience of losing a beloved Boston Terrier and the profound grief that followed. She describes the special connection she felt with her dog, including a sense of communication and understanding that went beyond what she had experienced with other animals.
She also reflects on her work in animal rescue, where she has witnessed the resilience of animals who have endured neglect and abuse yet remain capable of giving and receiving love.
Together, we explore the possibility that the bond between humans and animals might extend beyond physical life. We discuss animal souls, unconditional love, the possibility of an afterlife for pets, and whether the animals who change our lives might remain connected to us in ways we don't fully understand. And why would we want to understand...the mystery is what makes life worth living!
