SELLEST OSAST
The campus and branch network hasn't fundamentally changed since the 1990s. Shashi Kiran thinks that's the biggest liability sitting inside enterprise IT.
In this episode of Built for Trust, Nick Lippis sits down with Shashi Kiran, CMO of Nile, to discuss why the network needs a clean slate approach and what a zero trust by default architecture looks like.
They explore why complexity, not cost, is the real driver behind ballooning IT budgets, how Nile embeds security directly into the network fabric instead of bolting it on device by device, and why the shift from CapEx to OpEx is forcing enterprises to rethink how they buy, operate, and manage network infrastructure.
Shashi also shares what this summer's wave of AI-driven vulnerability discovery, known across the industry as the "Summer of Mythos," could mean for enterprise network refresh cycles and why he believes agentic AI is transforming the network from a connectivity layer into a strategic control point.
