SELLEST OSAST
On this episode of the Between Two Goal Posts podcast, we sit down with 2018 U.S. Olympian Kendall Wesenberg to discuss her incredible journey in the sport of skeleton. Kendall shares how watching the 2010 Vancouver Olympics and sending a bold email to a Team USA coach led to a 13-year career racing headfirst down icy tracks at 80+ mph.
We dive into the terrifying realities of navigating the world's fastest tracks, her grueling recovery from major spine surgery, and the critical role of meditation in building mental resilience.
Plus, we talk about the tight-knit Olympic community and bonding over Bay Area sports fandom.
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking for inspiration to tackle your next hurdle, you won't want to miss this one!
