SELLEST OSAST
What if the chronic pain you have been treating for years is actually just a symptom of a much larger, ignored problem in how your body moves?
David Jeter has spent over two decades witnessing the incredible healing capacity of the human body, yet he constantly fights against a medical system obsessed with quick fixes. Patients frequently arrive with terrifying diagnoses like degenerative joint disease, unaware that their specific pain is usually a symptom of dysfunction in the surrounding physical neighborhood. Instead of immediately masking the pain or rushing to the operating room, David challenges his patients to confront the root biomechanical causes of their discomfort.
The pivot from chronic pain to actual healing requires immense grit, as it often means unlearning ingrained physical habits and pushing through discomfort to restore full mobility. In this conversation, David breaks down the gritty reality of rehabilitation, explaining why avoiding pain does not always equate to healing. He shares why holistic movement and pre-surgical physical therapy are the ultimate tools for reclaiming control over your body and rewriting your physical story.
