SELLEST OSAST
Our guest this week is Peter Gordon-Finlayson, Global Intelligence Manager at Diageo, the multinational beverage company. Together with one colleague, an analyst, his intelligence function successfully serves a huge organisation, which operates in around 180 markets with a team of 30,000 people.
In this episode of Back to Source, Peter discusses how to deliver exceptional value to your business with limited resources, including the processes he has in place to understand the needs of the business, how he prioritises what to monitor and how he delivers efficiencies. Plus, he explores how his early career in the British Army, where he was an officer in The Queen’s Dragoon Guards, a cavalry reconnaissance regiment, has influenced his intelligence work.
This episode is hosted by Dragonfly Intelligence Manager Pierre-Louis Le Goff.
