SELLEST OSAST
🌟 Essential Teachings in the Arkaya Practice 🌟
Join Yogacharini Maitreyi in this powerful session from the Arkaya Community Satsangh, where she delves into the essence of real leadership: first leading ourselves. In this clip, she emphasizes that true leadership begins with inner clarity, self-awareness, and conscious choice—guiding our own mind and emotions before inspiring others. Maitreyi shares practical insights on cultivating inner stillness and presence, enabling us to respond rather than react, and to lead from a place of centered calm. Tune in to discover how mastering self-leadership is the foundation for radiating purposeful, compassionate leadership in all aspects of life.
