SELLEST OSAST
"Do not be afraid to invest in yourself, whether that is investing time or money, because you have an idea, or because you want to grow."
- Dr. Flora Sinha
Dr. Flora Sinha is an LA-based board-certified internal medicine physician, and mindset coach. She is known for integrating her clinical expertise with motivational speaking and coaching, as well as her advocacy for infertility awareness. As a first-generation American raised in a traditional Southeast Asian household, Flora navigated the cultural pressures of checking every box: getting good grades, becoming successful, getting married, having kids, and living happily ever after… only to discover that life doesn't work that way and it was a recipe for burnout.
In this deeply personal conversation, Flora opens up about her journey through secondary infertility, the shame and self-blame that came with it, and how mindset coaching transformed not just her approach to fertility treatments but her entire life philosophy. After multiple IVF rounds, transfers, and pregnancy losses, Flora and her husband made the difficult decision to remain a family of three, not out of defeat, but from a place of clarity and peace. Flora shares how approaching this heartbreaking decision logically rather than emotionally gave her the freedom to move forward, and how it inspired her to support other women navigating burnout and perfectionism. This episode will remind you why investing in yourself is the most important work you'll ever do.
