SELLEST OSAST
Is that your intuition talking, or is anxiety running the show?
In this episode of Alignment Academy, I share how anxious attachment and old wounds have shaped the way I interpret my own feelings, including moments when I mistook anxiety for intuition. We explore how beliefs influence our thoughts and actions, why waiting for a sign can keep us stuck, and how creating more silence can help us hear ourselves more clearly.
I also share my process for approaching a difficult decision: pause, regulate, listen, and then decide, plus the story of how I followed my intuition from San Diego to San Francisco.
What helps you tell the difference between fear and intuition? Share your experience in the comments, and subscribe for more conversations about inner child work, self-trust, and personal growth.
