In today’s episode, I’m joined by Elton Anderson Jr., who is currently undergoing a powerful and very public identity evolution into what he now calls L10.

A triple water sign in astrology, Elton brings a deeply intuitive, emotionally attuned lens to both life and business, something that’s only been intensified by a near-death experience he openly shares during our conversation.

What unfolds in this episode is a raw, honest dialogue about what it actually looks like to walk yourself through transformation in real time.

Not the performative version,

But the version where your nervous system, your voice, your expression, and your path begin to outgrow the identity that once kept you safe.

Through his work in what he calls esoteric entrepreneurship, L10 is choosing to document and share the process of becoming  using content as both a creative outlet and a record of his own evolution.

We talk about:

• The aftermath of a near-death experience and how it reshapes your relationship to purpose
• Identity transitions and the grief that can accompany growth
• Astrology as a language for self-awareness
• Emotional depth as an entrepreneurial advantage
• Creating content from truth, not performance
• What it means to express yourself fully… before you’re “ready”

I was introduced to Elton through my sister-in-law, followed the intuitive nudge to connect, and what resulted was a truly magical conversation that I believe many of you will resonate with especially if you’re in a season of shedding an identity that once made sense but no longer fits.
