ACERCA DE ESTE EPISODIO
#037 - Welcome to another episode of Quorum, where we believe that contributing to a DAO is the best way to find engaging and rewarding work in the new Web3 economy.
In today’s show I spoke with Kairon, Contributor at Radar — which (in their words) is the first community owned & powered futures engine, discovering, incubating, & delivering better futures.
You’ll discover: How earning tokens can lead to real income opportunities, tips for becoming a super contributor in Web3, leadership without having to be in the spotlight, how to leave projects and communities graciously, and, a high level look at Radar’s Landmark Report called “A Future In Sync” and Futurethon.

More about this episode:
Kairon is such a kind hearted and giving person. It’s always a pleasure speaking with him because he truly wants to find win-win opportunities for himself and the communities that he participates in.
I wanted to reach out to him to see how his DAO lifestyle had progressed since we last spoke back in early 2021. Previously we talked about his experience at RabbitHole in episode #10 titled “Secrets to Adopting a Web3 Mindset” which I’d highly recommend checking out as well.
If you are curious how some people manage to make a living from contributing to DAOs then this is a great companion episode to that first one I mentioned. Kairon has both the mindset and the strategies to add value to DAO and to make a living in return - and he shares both in this episode.
