Emma is a scientist with a long history of working in the hospital and health care industry who has remarkably moved into the sporting goods industry establishing her own company supplying cricket training aids that are suitable for use by children of all skill levels and abilities, including grassroots and juniors, all abilities participants and blind cricketers.
In this episode we discuss the reasons for Emma’s dramatic career change, some of the technical aspects of her equipment and we learn about some of the organisations and partnerships that have been an integral part of her journey thus far.
This is a wonderful story about a person with a non cricket background making a significant impact in the sport and is definitely an episode worth tuning into.
